It is exciting and scary how fast time passes. Last time I wrote it was Dec 2011 and now I write it is Jan 2012. Happy New Year! May this year be the year you do what you need to, to make things happen!
At present, I am trying to get back into the swing of things and am working on my new series titled
"Organically Modified". It is quite a fun series to be working on and it evolves daily. It's also leaning more to the abstract and experimental side of my work, a little like my "Constructure" series but using organic matter as the subject which is then modified.I really hope to have this work shown sometime early this year at 100th Gallery, situated in Prahran, Melbourne.

This now leads me to some exciting news too. I am now a represented artist for 100th Gallery for 2012 and not only do I get to work and be involved with this amazing gallery and space, I get to work alongside my brother Lawrence who will also be a represented artist.
I cannot wait for my brother to re-introduce his artwork-he is a painter, illustrator, photographer and general all rounder. He is the first great artist I have met and I thank and feel very lucky to have grown up watching him create and especially paint.
Lastly and I do hope you have noticed, I have been re-working my blog. It's still and probably will always be a work in progress, but I hope this year, this blog is more creative, concise and interesting.
Please let me know when it is not. Or you can always just write in the comments box a "g'day".
To 2012. To you. To me. To supporting art and each other.
A
