Recharged

There is something in the air & I like it. Maybe it's the cold chill that excites me or maybe it's because I feel like that creative spark has reignited.

Indulge me as I explain. Last year till early this year I had been working on a series titled "Organically Modified"
you might remember this image explaining the series-

Anyway after working away on it, I had a "technical" breakdown that caused a temporary halt to this series. This I could deal with as I thought I might start with the series after this one which was to be "Constructure Version 2"- the follow up to my series "Constructure". That was cool & It was slowly coming along. Then  another "technical" breakdown occurred.

It was breakdown city central!

A little heartbroken, angry and angry I stopped creating. And whilst I thought "is this a sign" I did what I usually do when I feel really out of sorts. I go on a music rampage where I listen to all the music I can. I became and still am obsessed with M Ward and have been listening to my favorite radio station "Nostalgie" a Parisian "golden oldies" radio station.  A few months later and this has proven to be great therapy. I also think I needed a little time out too.

So like an electric shock or maybe it's just the radio waves, I feel recharged and ready to go. Plus with 2 major trips overseas lined up, I feel inspired too.
